Refund Policy

All photography services require advance booking and scheduling. Please review the following refund and cancellation terms carefully.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours

If a booking is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session time, the booking fee or deposit is non-refundable. This policy is in place to account for time reserved, planning, and preparation completed for the session.

Cancellations Outside of 24 Hours

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session may be eligible for a refund of the deposit, minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred. Details will be outlined at the time of booking.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. One reschedule may be permitted at the photographer’s discretion, subject to availability.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

Completed Services

Once photography services have been provided or digital images have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or rescheduling due to emergencies, weather conditions, or unforeseen events may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
