Photographer Usage

Editing & Delivery

All final images are professionally edited in the photographer’s signature style. RAW or unedited images are not provided. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the scope of the project.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, obtaining any required permissions or permits, and ensuring that subjects, products, and locations are prepared for the shoot. Delays caused by lack of preparation may affect delivery timelines or results.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality services and imagery, the photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment failure, acts of nature, or unforeseen events.
